ABOUT RYAN

Ryan first discovered the world of marathons and triathlons when he agreed to join a running club. What started out as running a 5k turned into training for a half marathon and then ultimately running the Oklahoma City National Memorial Marathon. Always looking for the next challenge, he found that triathlons met his desire for diverse physical challenges. Ryan’s race experience includes a 2 Full Iron Man, several Half Iron Man, Xterra Triathlon, Obstacle Course races, Mountain Bike races, and everything in between. He has qualified to represent Team USA 4 times at ITU Cross Triathlon, ITU Short Course Triathlon, ITU Long Course Triathlon, ITU Long Course Duathlon with winning the National Championship in 30-34 Age Group.
Ryan's passion and his love for coaching others and sharing his experience has lead him to become a certified coach through USAT, USA Cycling, Team in Training Triathlon Coach certification, and Titleist Performance Institute, ISSA Sports Conditioning with several other certifications. He has since coached 12 IronKid National Championship qualifiers, 1 IronKid National Championship top 3 finisher, 12 ITU World Championship qualifiers, 1 Halfmax Long Course National Champion. His current clients include, marathoners, Ultra runners, experienced and first time triathletes competing in all distances.
Ryan’s competitive edge comes from a lifelong passion for the game of golf. An All -American collegiate golfer, Ryan led the 2001 men’s golf team to the 2001 National Championship. Since college, Ryan has competed in amateur tournaments all across the United States. The cumulation of his golf career was playing as one of two representatives in the USGA Mid-Am Championship.
Ryan looks forward to sharing his love of racing, competition, and nutrition with anyone looking to achieve a healthier and more active lifestyle.
